I bought a item that turned out to be unsuitable, what should I do?

You can return the product within 7 days, and get a refund (if applicable), and simply purchase the item you want at the digidave store. You will need a returns authorization number from us before you can return an item. We cannot accept returns that do not have a valid return authorization number.
