What does Split Order mean?

Sometimes the warehouse sends a device, and the power supply for that device, in two separate packages. This is a split order.
If you ordered a router or modem/router from us and receive either just the power supply, or just the router or modem/router, it is likely that it is a split order - the other part of your order will be with you shortly.
Please check the invoice and dispatch email you received from us - it will say if the other part of the order shipped separately.
